What is a Pre Move Out Inspection?
We conduct a pre-move-out inspection of properties, usually a week before your move-out date. This process is to help you and us understand what the unit will need to get your security deposit back. If you have any questions, contact us.
Move out Checklist
- Sweep, vacuum, and wipe off all surfaces.
- Do not unplug appliances.
- Don't leave a pencil behind, aka take EVERYTHING with you (even your trash). Overfilling the trash is not cool. You can utilize the Miramar Landfill Phone: (858) 694-7000
- Make sure you click here to do a change of address with the post office.
